Use & Care
Use Directions:
- For best results, brush a very thin layer of prior melted butter or oil on the interior of the pan before each use. Non-stick baking sprays can also be used.
- Use only wood, plastic, nylon, and silicone-based tools to release the cake.
- The use of knives or sharp objects should be avoided, as they will damage the surface of the pan.
- Do not cut directly on the base of the pan as it will produce cuts on the non-stick base.
- Maximum oven temperature 250°C.
Care Tips:
- Before every use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Clean bakeware with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or dishcloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleansers as they damage the non-stick coating.
- It is not recommended to put this product in the dishwasher.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
