Peugeot Zirlion Paris u'Select Salt Mill, 30cm

Renowned for its superior quality and iconic design, this mill features the patented u'Select grind adjustment system and the innovative Zirlion mechanism. With a durable Zirconia grinder, it creates a unique ""powdered salt"" texture, which is ultra-fine salt that dissolves and distributes evenly across your dishes, delivering more flavor with less salt and fewer twists of the mill. The u'Select system also allows you to grind coarser textures, catering to different dishes and personal preferences.

• The Zirlion mechanism is crafted from zirconia, an advanced ceramic material known for its exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to wear and corrosion.
• With a simple turn of the base, you can choose from six predefined grind settings, ranging from ultra-fine to coarse.
• Made of sustainably sourced beech wood from French PEFC-certified forests.
• Elegant, classic, and ergonomic silhouette, making it comfortable to hold and a stylish addition to any table or kitchen.
• Mechanism backed by a lifetime warranty.

Use Directions:

• Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
• For grinding dry salt with a crystal size of less than or equal to 6 mm.
• Not suitable for use with sea salt, sea flakes, or wet salt.
• Choose the coarseness of salt according to your taste and recipe requirements by simply twisting the base of the salt mill. Setting 1 produces extremely fine Powdered Salt, offering all the pleasure of salt while limiting the amount consumed. Setting 6 produces a very crunchy salt, perfect for grilling.

Care Tips:
