Wilton Icing Color, Leaf Green

Wilton gel-based icing colors are made to produce a deeper, richer color by adding just a small amount. They help decorators achieve the exact shade desired without changing the icing consistency.

Use Directions:

• Dip the end of a toothpick into the jar of icing color. Swirl the toothpick into the white icing and blend well.
• Take enough icing to cover the entire area, as matching the shade later may be difficult.
• Add color, a little at a time until you achieve the shade you desire. Always use a new toothpick each time you add color to keep icing out of your jar of color.
• If you wish to reach a lighter or darker shade than what is indicated, simply add less or more of the icing color.
• For use in sugar icings at a maximum level of 760mg color per 100g icing.
• May contain milk, soybean, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.

Care Tips:

• Store at room temperature up to 25°C.
• Screw on the cap after use.
