Use & Care
Use Directions:
- The toaster is ideal for XXL toast slices (11cm).
- Before using the appliance for the first time, run the toaster through at least three toasting cycles without bread at medium power to remove the surface protection from the heating elements. The resulting odors are harmless, but this should nevertheless be performed in a well-ventilated area.
- Allow the device to cool off somewhat before switching it on every time.
Care Tips:
- Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool down.
- Use a hard brush to remove crumbs sticking to the grids and the heater. Do not tilt the appliance while you do this, or crumbs will spill from the crumb tray into the inside of the toaster. Then pull out the crumb tray, clean it and reinsert it.
- Do not clean the roll attachment in the dishwasher.
- Never immerse the toaster in the water.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance only with a damp cloth and some washing-up liquid.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
