ZWILLING Four Star Carving Knife, 26cm

Made in Germany, the ZWILLING carving knife is long and flexible, with hollow round edges to stop food from sticking to the blade. It features exceptional cutting properties that help you cut thin slices of meat and salmon or cut into the bottom of a cake effortlessly.

• Precision-forged from a single piece of solid steel that doesn't stain or chip.
• FRIODUR ice-hardened blade for exceptional sharpness and durability of the cutting edge and corrosion resistance.
• Precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensure ideal cutting angle.
• Standard bolster provides the right balance and acts as a finger guard.
• Ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working, with exposed tang.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
