ZWILLING Pro Self Sharpening Knife Block Anthracite, Set of 7

Crafted in Germany, the ZWILLING Pro Self-Sharpening Knife Block ensures your knives remain perfectly sharp with every use. Designed for effortless maintenance, it protects the blades from wear while eliminating the need for manual sharpening. Each slot is fitted with two ceramic sharpening stones positioned at the ideal angle for smooth-edged knives. Every time a knife is removed or replaced, the edge is gently honed, keeping all knives consistently sharp and ready to perform. The elegant anthracite block, made from FSC-certified wood and topped with a stainless steel cover, adds a modern, refined touch to any kitchen.

• Self-Sharpening Technology: Built-in ceramic sharpening modules automatically maintain the perfect cutting edge with every use.
• V-Edge: A two-stage process that delivers a fine, symmetrical edge with an angle of approximately 15° per side for outstanding precision.
• SIGMAFORGE Blade: Precision-forged from a single piece of special formula stainless steel for exceptional stability and balance.
• FRIODUR Ice-Hardened Blade: Provides superior edge retention, resilience, and corrosion resistance.
