ZWILLING Twin Pollux Chinese Chef's Knife

ZWILLING Twin Pollux Chinese Chef's Knife is perfect for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables using traditional Chinese cutting techniques. It has a slim blade with a large surface area and a very sharp cutting edge so you can gently chop up a wide variety of ingredients reliably and safely.

• Corrosion-resistant blade made of a single piece of special formula steel.
• Refined through an ice-hardening process creating an exceptional sharpness.
• Ergonomic handle for fatigue-free and safe working.
• Easy to handle with low weight and good balance.

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage its cutting edge.

• Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, it is recommended that you clean them by hand.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.
