Use & Care
Care Tips:
- Immediately clean the juicer after each use.
- Remove the juicing screw, strainer, and rotation wiper unit and clean with the provided brush. Thoroughly dry the bottom of the juicing screw.
- Place the juicing bowl under running water and unplug the compression silicone to clean the pulp spout. Soak in a solution of warm water and baking soda to clean the excess build-up.
- Under running water clean the outside of the juicing screw with a dish scrub.
- Use the top of the cleaning brush to push out any residue in the crevices on the bottom of the juicing screw. Thoroughly clean the juicing screw and completely dry it before using it.
- After juicing ingredients with seeds, thoroughly clean the bottom crevice of the juicing screw.
- Clean the body with a soft damp towel and dry.
- Clean the rotation wiper under running water. Thoroughly dry after cleaning.
  Use the included cleaning tool to clean the strainer, and thoroughly rinse the inside and outside of the strainer under running water.
- Use the included cleaning brush to remove hard bits after the cleaning tool.
- Quick Rinsing: With the smart cap closed, fill the juicing bowl with water and turn on the juicer. Let it run for a moment. Open the smart cap and let the water run out of the juicing bowl.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
