    The Lomond is a refined everyday mug shape in the Dunoon range. Made in England, it has a smooth, tapered form that feels light in the hand while still offering a generous capacity for tea or coffee. The Lomond collection showcases various patterns, including florals, geometrics, playful animals, and designs accented with 22-carat gold.

    Use Directions:

    • Microwave-safe unless the design contains metallic elements such as gold or platinum in the decoration. 
    • To prevent possible cracking, pour the hot water over the back of a teaspoon, or add milk first.
       

    Care Tips:

    • To care for the glazed finish, avoid abrasive and metallic cleaning products.
    • To avoid staining, clean immediately after use.
    • Dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing is recommended.
    • If the mug contains metallic decoration, it is strongly advised to be hand-washed only.

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

     

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

     

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
