Use Directions:
Proofing & Baking Lid + Baking Pan Base

• No preheating required.
• Place the room-temperature pan with prepared dough into a preheated oven.
• Oven safe up to 232°C.

Glass Starter Jar

• Attach the temperature strip to the outside of the jar to monitor starter temperature.
• Use the adjustable tracker band to record feeding times and monitor starter growth.

Retractable Bread Lame

• Assemble the blade before first use.
• Designed for scoring bread dough before baking.
• Caution: Blades are sharp. Please handle with care. Follow instructions on lame packaging for how to assemble and replace the blade

• Danish Dough Whisk - Ideal for mixing sourdough dough and starter.
• Cloth Proofing Liner - Used for proofing dough before baking.
• Bench Scraper- For handling, dividing, and shaping dough.

• Baking Pan & Lid: Hand wash only. Avoid dishwasher, metal utensils, and abrasive cleaners.
• Starter Jar: Dishwasher safe only if the thermometer strip is not attached. Do not pour starter down the sink.
• Danish Whisk: Hand wash only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
• Proofing Cloth: Machine wash and dry.
• Bench Scraper: Dishwasher-safe. Not oven-safe.
• Silicone Lifting Sling: Dishwasher-safe.
• Bread Lame: Assemble before first use. Handle sharp blade with care and hand wash only.

• Limited lifetime warranty.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• This warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
