The Patis Décor Stainless Steel Sieve helps refine dry ingredients while removing impurities, resulting in recipes with a lighter, more even texture. It’s equally useful for preparing delicate mixtures, such as custards or sauces, where a smooth consistency is crucial.

• Helps sift flour and dry ingredients for lighter, more uniform mixtures.
• Removes lumps from powdered sugar and cocoa for smoother results.
• Strains custards and sauces for a refined, silky texture.
• Suitable for rinsing small grains such as quinoa.
• Ideal for dusting desserts evenly with powdered sugar.
