Care Tips:

• Empty and rinse the portafilter and filter basket after each use.
• Run a water rinse through the group head after espresso preparation to remove residual coffee.
• Clean the steam/milk system after every milk-based drink and ensure the milk system is properly purged.
• Wipe and clean the milk texturing components regularly to prevent milk residue from building up.
• Empty and clean the drip tray regularly.
• Clean the grinder and burr area according to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedure.
• Replace the water filter according to the recommended replacement schedule.
• Run the machine's cleaning cycle when prompted and use the supplied cleaning tablets/disc as instructed.
• Descale the machine when prompted or when required by water conditions, using the supplied descaling powder or an approved Sage descaling product.
• Clean the touchscreen and exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Keep the bean hopper dry and avoid introducing moisture into the grinder.
• Use the supplied steam wand cleaning tool, cleaning brush and Razor precision trimming tool as required for routine maintenance.

Warranty Details:

• Limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• This warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
