Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Wash with warm soapy water before first use.
- Before filling the vacuum flask, rinse it with hot water if the drink is to be kept warm, or cold water if the drink is to be kept cool.
- Fill the vacuum flask only up to about 2cm below the spout.
- Never use a microwave oven, conventional oven, stove, or hot plate to pre-heat the flask.
Care Tips:
- Do not place your Alfi vacuum flask in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
- Hand-wash with warm soapy water then carefully rinse it.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the vacuum flask, and dry it with a cloth.
- Do not use coarse-grained, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, sponges, or similar items like silver jewelry or cutlery.
- Allow to dry completely before storage.
Safety Instructions:
- Do not use the vacuum flask to store or transport carbonated beverages unless such use is expressly designated.
- Do not use the vacuum flask to keep milk products or baby food warm (risk for bacteria growth).
- Do not allow children to use the vacuum flask unsupervised.
- Alfi vacuum flasks are suitable only for use with food products.

Shipping & Returns
Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
