Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the brand and product. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product for the applicable terms and conditions. 

To make a warranty claim, please keep your original receipt, as it is required for all warranty claims.

Repairs & Servicing 

If your product develops a fault, we offer after-sales support for many of the brands we carry. 

Depending on the product and manufacturer, we can assist with:

If your product cannot be repaired or replaced, we'll guide you through the next available solution in accordance with our warranty and returns policies. 

 

Spare Parts 

We offer genuine spare parts for many appliances and kitchen products purchased from Tavola. 

To help us check availability, please provide: 

• The product model number 
• A description of the spare part you require 

 

Our team will confirm availability and advise you on the next steps. 

 

Complimentary Knife Sharpening 

To help keep your knives performing at their best, we offer one complimentary knife sharpening service with the purchase of eligible knives. 

Please note: 

• This service is available for knives with smooth cutting edges only. 
• Serrated knives are not eligible for sharpening. 
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Looking for the perfect gift? Tavola Gift Vouchers let your family and friends choose exactly what they love. 

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed on a wide selection of products, making them an ideal gift for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, and other special occasions.
