  1. How long will it take to deliver the items?


    Most of our orders get delivered next-day within the UAE except for Sundays, else 2-3 working days for all orders. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days in KSA and 2 to 3 working days in Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

  2. How much are the shipping fees?


    Free Delivery for all orders over AED 100 and AED 18 delivery fee for orders below AED 100.

  12. I received a damaged item, how can I return it?


    Any damaged item should not be thrown away. Kindly take a photo as proof of the damage and email it to us at customercare@tavolashop.com.

  13. My card is not accepted.

    • In UAE and KSA: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, ApplePay, Cash on Delivery, and 3-month installments through PostPay.
    • In Kuwait: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and K-NET.
    • In Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar: We accept Visa & Mastercard.

  14. My order got delivered but it did not match the description on the website.


    Please take a picture of the item received and provide the item code and description of that item you saw online, then send them by email to customercare@tavolashop.com.

    Customers can return unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and in original packaging and we will be happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.
