Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Before first-time use, and after long periods of non-use, rinse the flask with hot water and some dishwashing liquid and allow it to air dry.
- Just before filling the flask, rinse it with hot water if the beverage is to be kept warm, or cold water if the beverage is to be kept cool, to improve the insulation performance and prevent breaking the glass liner.
- Never use a microwave oven, conventional oven, stove, or hotplate to pre-heat the flask.
- Fill the flask only up to about 2 cm below the spout.
Care Tips:
- Use warm water and washing-up liquid to clean the inside of the flask.
- After cleaning, rinse carefully and allow to dry thoroughly.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the flask, then dry it with another cloth.
- Do not use coarse-grained, abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, sponges, or similar items.
- Do not place it in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
