Use Directions:

• Do not touch the surface of the coffee maker as they get hot, therefore, use the handle and the knob to move the coffee maker.
• When using, close the lid of the coffee maker.
• Never use the appliance when the heater is empty.
• The coffee maker is designed to be used only with water and ground coffee for Moka for household use: do not use other products (e.g. barley, cocoa, coffee extracts, tea, etc.).

How to use:

• Start by pouring water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery.
• Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Take care! The blend must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel, without pressing the coffee.
• Plug in the power base using the power cable and press the on/off button; the indicator light will come on.
• When the drip tray is full of coffee, press the off button.
• Now you can unplug the cable from the mains and then from the power base and finally serve the coffee.
• Make at least 3 cups of coffee, discarding them (do not drink them).

Care Tips:

• No part of this item is dishwasher-safe. Handwash it with water only without using detergents and abrasive sponges.
• Store each coffee maker part completely dry without closing it.
