    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30-days of receipt of the shipment. This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or doesn't work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

    Warranty Details:

    • Limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for 366 days from the date of purchase.
    • Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product shows signs of excessive wear or misuse.
    • To avail the warranty, please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
    • The warranty does not cover items that have undergone third-party post-manufacturing modifications (e.g., engraving, UV printing, vinyl monogramming).
    • Normal wear and tear, including paint finish deterioration, dents, or broken caps due to drops, loss, theft, or any misuse—such as failure to follow care instructions (e.g., dishwashing)—is not covered under the warranty.
    • Tavola reserves the right to request images of the defective product for validation, if necessary.
