Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker

Make homemade ice cream, sorbet, gelato, or frozen yogurt with ease using the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Designed for effortless entertaining, it creates smooth, creamy frozen desserts in as little as 25 minutes. Simply freeze the bowl in advance, add your chilled mixture, and the machine will churn it to perfection. With its generous capacity, it’s ideal for family treats and dinner parties.

• 2-liter capacity, perfect for larger batches or sharing with guests.
• Fully automatic churning; just add your mixture and let it work on its own.
• Create a range of desserts, from classic ice cream to dairy-free sorbets and vegan treats.
• Removable mixing paddle and bowl, easy to clean and simple to assemble.
• Premium stainless steel housing.

Use Directions:

• Freeze the bowl for at least 12 hours (or overnight) before each use. Ensure it is completely frozen for best results.
• Always add chilled mixtures to the machine. Warm mixtures can prevent proper freezing and texture development.
• Insert the paddle and lid before switching the machine on, then pour your mixture through the opening in the lid while the bowl is rotating.
• Once churning is complete, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours if a firmer consistency is desired.
• Avoid using metal utensils inside the bowl to prevent scratching.

Care Tips:

• Do not place the freezer bowl in the dishwasher or expose it to hot water.
• Hand-wash with warm (not hot) soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Store the freezer bowl upright in the freezer when not in use so it’s always ready to go.
