Cuisinart Professional Electric Coffee Grinder

Bring barista-style preparation into your kitchen with the Cuisinart Professional Burr Mill. Grinding fresh beans just before brewing helps maintain delicate aromas and natural oils for fuller flavor in every cup. Intuitive controls make it simple to match your grind to your method, from quick weekday coffee to slow weekend brewing. The generous hopper keeps beans ready while the compact design sits neatly on the counter. Reliable, consistent performance makes daily coffee rituals effortless.

• Ceramic burr plates grind beans evenly while protecting flavor.
• With 18 settings, it’s easy to customize your grind to suit your brewing method and personal taste, from coarse for cafetiere or cold brew to medium for filter and pour-over and fine for espresso machines and Moka pots.
• Airtight 250 g bean hopper helps keep coffee fresher for longer.
• The 4–18 cup selector lets you grind exactly the amount required.
• Bean hopper and grind container are removable and dishwasher safe.
• Clear grind size guidance makes switching between brewing styles simple.

Use Directions:

• Remove all packaging and plug the appliance into a suitable mains socket.
• Remove the bean hopper lid and ensure that the bean hopper is securely in place.
• Fill the bean hopper with beans, making sure that the lid closes securely. (Maximum fill is 225 g.).
• Set the grind selector to the desired setting, then twist the bean hopper in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
• The ‘I’ mark on the hopper base should be aligned with the desired grind setting.
• Slide the cup quantity selector to the desired number of cups, between 4 and 18.
• Press and release the ‘START’ button to begin grinding. If the bean hopper and grind chamber are not properly in place, the grinder will not operate.
• Grinding will automatically stop once the preset quantity of beans has been ground.
• To manually stop the operation, slide the cup quantity selector all the way to the left to the ‘OFF’ position, and the appliance will stop. To restart, reposition the cup quantity selector to the desired number of cups and press and release the ‘START’ button.
• To remove the grind chamber, simply pull away from the main unit. Always ensure the motor has stopped completely before removing any parts. The coffee can be used or stored with the grind chamber lid fitted, ready for use.

Care Tips:

• To remove the bean hopper from the main unit, turn it in an anti-clockwise direction until it becomes loose enough to remove. To reinstate, reverse the action.
• Always ensure the plug has been removed from the mains before cleaning.
• The bean hopper and grind chamber are dishwasher safe, and we recommend washing them on the top rack of the dishwasher. Due to high water temperature, washing these parts on the bottom rack may cause damage over time.
• Never immerse the housing base in water or other liquids.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners on the housing base. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Apply any cleaning agent to the cloth, not directly to the housing base. Use the cleaning brush provided to clean the grind release area.
• Use the cord wrap on the underside of the housing base to store excess cord.
