Emile Henry Round Bread Baker

Made in France, the Emile Henry Round Bread Baker is the ultimate tool for preparing a perfectly crusty loaf of bread at home. The refractory ceramic dome creates an ideal level of humidity during baking, replicating the conditions of a professional baker's oven. As a result, your bread comes out moist, chewy, and irresistibly delicious with a crispy, golden crust.

• The dome can be flipped over and used as a bowl to prepare the dough and let it sit.
• The baking tray is lined with ridges that prevent the bread from sticking.
• The highly resistant glaze and the criss-cross pattern on the platter prevent the loaf from sticking.
• Dishwasher-safe.

Use Directions:

• Freezer, microwave, and oven-safe.
• Withstands temperatures between –20ºC to +270ºC.
• Do not use on cooktops or open flame.
