Use Directions:
- Before using the Pizza Stone for the first time remove all of its labels and clean it with a mild detergent.
- Except for a barbeque grill, which distributes heat evenly, do not place the Pizza Stone on a direct source of heat. Examples of direct sources of heat include - electric and gas stovetops.
- To achieve ideal results while using a barbeque grill, ensure that you shut the lid.
- Do not use flour while preheating the Pizza Stone in an oven as it may burn.
- Avoid contact with cold surfaces when you remove the Pizza Stone from the oven. Place it on a neutral surface such as a wooden board or cloth.
Care Tips:
- The Pizza Stone can be cleaned with warm soapy water and is also dishwasher-safe.
- Soak the Pizza Stone in warm water and white vinegar to get rid of stubborn residue.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
