Fat Daddio's ProSeries Bread & Loaf Pan

Baking fresh bread loaves to perfection is easy with the help of Fat Daddio's bread loaf pan. Made of sturdy anodized aluminum, this pan is built to endure the demands of continuous heavy-duty use. By reflecting heat rather than absorbing it, it reaches baking temperatures quickly. Even heating allows for the best possible rise, and once out of the oven, the pan cools quickly and prevents the bread from overbaking and becoming too dry.

• Robust 18-gauge anodized aluminum delivers exceptional performance and consistent results.
• PFOA-free surface resists abrasion and will never rust, peel, or flake.
• Durable, non-reactive surface safe for citrus ingredients and tomato-based foods and sauces.
• The seamless, even-wall design allows for the perfect rise and makes the pan easy to clean.
• Compliant with food-contact safety regulations.
