If you are looking for one good knife, or one knife to start your collection, the Global Ni Oriental Chef's Knife is where you should start. Made in Japan, this chef's knife can be used for most kitchen tasks like slicing, chopping, and cutting. It features a blade with a razor-sharp edge, sleek design, and balanced lightweight construction. The long textured handle offers enhanced comfort and ease of use.

• Manufactured from CROMOVA 18, the finest high carbon stainless steel, which remains razor sharp longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains, and corrosion.
• The handle is filled with sand to create the correct balance.
• Ergonomic handle has a slightly rounded edge with a pinch-grip for comfortable use.
• The famous dots on the handle have been reduced to a line to give the knife a sleeker design.
• The knife ends at a sharp point so you can cut more precisely.
