Joseph Joseph Dash Pestle & Mortar with Bamboo Lid

Joseph Joseph Dash presents a clever reinterpretation of the classic pestle and mortar, incorporating a reversible bamboo lid with a range of practical uses. The lid protects the inside of the mortar from dust and boasts a deep groove designed to store the pestle safely.

• Heavyweight design carved from hard-wearing natural granite.
• Reversible lid can also be used for holding ingredients or as a small chopping surface.
• Ideal for making spice rubs, pastes, dressings, sauces, and marinades.

Care Tips:

• To minimize staining, wash parts by hand immediately after use and allow to air dry.
• Do not soak lid.
• To maintain best condition, oil bamboo regularly with a food-safe mineral oil.
• Ensure lid is fully dry before storing.
