• Choose from 27 coffee specialties across Hot Brew, Light Brew, and Sweet Foam, including espresso, coffee, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, cortado, and their Light Brew or Sweet Foam variations.
• The P.A.G.2 grinder delivers precise and consistent grinding and returns to its starting position after each grinding cycle, helping preserve performance and support a long service life.
• The Light Extraction Process prepares Light Brew specialties at around 60°C for a lighter, ready-to-drink coffee experience, while the Sweet Foam function uses the supplied syrup attachment to mix your chosen syrup into the milk foam during preparation. Simply fill the attachment with syrup to the desired sweetness level and connect it to the fine foam frother to create flavored milk foam for milk-based coffee specialties.
• The 8.9 cm color display with side buttons provides intuitive navigation, with different color schemes making it easy to move between the three worlds of coffee enjoyment.
• The Coffee Timer works with the J.O.E. app to let you schedule your coffee for a preferred time, while the Quality Assistant supports more resource-efficient maintenance and optimal hygiene.
• Personalize your coffee with 10 programmable coffee-strength levels, 7 grind settings, 3 brewing temperatures, and adjustable quantities of coffee, milk, and milk foam.

Care Tips:

• Perform regular automatic cleaning cycles as prompted by the machine.
• Use JURA cleaning tablets for the integrated cleaning program to maintain brewing performance and hygiene.
• Clean the milk system regularly using the automatic One-Touch milk system cleaning function and approved JURA milk system cleaner.
• Replace the CLARIS Smart+ filter cartridge when prompted to maintain water quality and protect the machine from limescale buildup.
• Empty and rinse the drip tray and coffee grounds container regularly.
• Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Follow the machine’s automatic descaling instructions if a filter is not used.

Warranty Details:

• Limited 12-month warranty for electrical products free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers only internal parts of the machine (brewing unit, water pump, floater, heater, screen in case of fault and not broken, and electrical control unit).

The following is not covered under the warranty:

• Periodic maintenance (cleaning & descaling) and repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Any modification or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in the instruction manual.
• The fading, discoloring or any just optical changes of panels and accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements, dishwashers, abrasive cloths, etc.
• Damage resulting from: a. Misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with JURA’s instructions on proper use. b. Failure to use the Claris filter in accordance with JURA’s instructions. c. Use of descaling or cleaning tablets apart from JURA-branded products. d. The presence of insects or vermin. e. Foreign agents. f. The use of products that are not designed for these machines. g. Repairs performed by non-authorized service centers or the customer himself. h. Negligence, accidental or otherwise. i. Accidents, lighting, water, fire, improper ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of Tavola.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
