• Two independent P.A.G.3+ conical grinders let you keep two different bean varieties ready to use and select either one individually or combine coffee from both grinders in your preferred proportions for a personalized blend. The grinders actively monitor grind consistency and move into a rest position between preparations to help preserve performance over time.
• Choose from 31 coffee specialties, ranging from espresso and coffee to cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, and sweet milk-based creations, freshly prepared at the touch of a button.
• The Sweet Foam function flavors the milk foam with your favorite syrup using the included syrup attachment. Simply add your chosen syrup to the attachment to prepare flavored milk foam for specialties such as Sweet Latte, Sweet Cappuccino, and Sweet Flat White.

Care Tips:

• Run the automatic rinsing cycle after switching on and off to maintain hygiene and coffee quality.
• Perform the automatic milk system cleaning program regularly, especially after preparing milk-based beverages.
• Use approved JURA cleaning tablets for the integrated cleaning cycle.
• Replace the CLARIS Smart+ filter cartridge when prompted to ensure water quality and prevent limescale buildup.
• Empty and rinse the drip tray and coffee grounds container regularly.
• Clean the exterior surfaces using a soft, damp microfiber cloth.
• Keep both bean containers dry and use fresh coffee beans for optimal grinding performance.
• Follow machine prompts for cleaning, maintenance, and descaling requirements.

Warranty Details:

• Limited 12-month warranty for electrical products free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers only internal parts of the machine (brewing unit, water pump, floater, heater, screen in case of fault and not broken, and electrical control unit).

The following is not covered under the warranty:

• Periodic maintenance (cleaning & descaling) and repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Any modification or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in the instruction manual.
• The fading, discoloring or any just optical changes of panels and accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements, dishwashers, abrasive cloths, etc.
• Damage resulting from: a. Misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with JURA’s instructions on proper use. b. Failure to use the Claris filter in accordance with JURA’s instructions. c. Use of descaling or cleaning tablets apart from JURA-branded products. d. The presence of insects or vermin. e. Foreign agents. f. The use of products that are not designed for these machines. g. Repairs performed by non-authorized service centers or the customer himself. h. Negligence, accidental or otherwise. i. Accidents, lighting, water, fire, improper ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of Tavola.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
