Rich, Flavourful Coffee
The Jura Z10 Automatic Coffee Machine features a Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G) with fast, automatic grinder adjustment to make quick work of grinding different kinds of beans to the right fineness level without losing much of its natural flavour and aroma. Its spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long specialties. But coffee lovers don’t need to worry, because the adjustment takes place automatically every time a beverage is prepared and, if preferred, can also be individually selected before each preparation with the Aroma Selection feature.
Refreshing Cold Brews
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares genuine cold brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks consist mostly of hot-brewed coffee which is then chilled, the Z10 utilises a Cold Extraction Process where it pulses cool water through the freshly ground beans under high pressure, allowing you to enjoy a full-bodied espresso with a wonderfully balanced aroma to energise you throughout your day.

To adapt to everyone’s personal tastes, the Jura Z10 coffee machine offers 32 variable specialty recipes and added beverage options that can be easily configured via the double-speed 4.3-inch touch display and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch.
Eighth-Generation Brewing Unit
The brewing unit is the most important part of any automatic coffee machine. For the Z10, JURA has created the eighth-generation brewing unit. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it allows the water to flow evenly through the ground coffee at multiple levels. This makes the most of the aroma, both in hot specialties and with cold brewing.

Featuring 10 programmable coffee strength levels and 10 milk foam temperature levels, the Jura Z10 machine lets you customize coffee just the way you like it. For added convenience, it offers 3 programming levels for the brewing temperature and hot water temperature.
