KitchenAid Sifter and Scale Attachment

The KitchenAid Sifter and Scale Attachment is your secret to consistent fluffy results every time. This all-in-one baking tool precisely weighs and gradually sifts dry ingredients into the bowl, ensuring beautifully light and fluffy mixtures. It digitally measures your dry ingredients, then sifts to remove lumps and add air into the mix. Streamline your prep work with this combined scale, sifter, and chute, reducing the need for multiple gadgets, minimising countertop mess, and leaving you with fewer dirty dishes.

• The sifter automatically sieves ingredients and can be removed for ingredients that don't need to be sifted, like chocolate buttons.
• The chute slowly and neatly incorporates the ingredients into the bowl while the mixer is running.
• The funnel can be swivelled outwards to direct ingredients into a separate container with no spills.
• The digital scale can stand alone on the countertop for weighing ingredients using the included scale plate.
• Designed exclusively to work with all KitchenAid stand mixers, the attachment comes in a compact storage case.
