Le Creuset Ramekin, Nuit

The Le Creuset stackable ramekin is perfect for serving individual desserts or starters, as well as tapas, snacks, and nibbles. Thanks to the hardy stoneware construction, it'll take you all the way from preparation to presentation. The robust, high-quality stoneware distributes heat evenly and releases food quickly, ensuring great results.

• Made from specialist clays, the stoneware maintains an even temperature and is exceptionally strong and durable.
• Glazed stoneware is scratch-resistant and easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Use it for hot or cold; stoneware is thermo-resistant from -23°C to +260°C; therefore, it's microwave, oven, grill, and freezer safe.
• Stackable range designed for convenient storage.
• Does not absorb odors or flavors.

Use Directions:

• Not for stovetop use or any other direct heat source.
• Grill, microwave, oven, and freezer-safe (temperature range between -23℃ and 260℃).
• Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the surface.
• Stay protected—always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.
• When using under the grill, always allow at least a 6.5 cm gap between the heat source and the top of your product.
• Don't put a frozen dish of food in a preheated oven. Instead, place it in a cold oven, set the temperature, and allow the two to heat up together. Ensure that the food is thoroughly heated before serving.
• If you want to heat a dish that's currently at room temperature, don't preheat your oven above 205°C.
• Should you add liquid to a dish while it's in the oven, take the dish out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes first.
