Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Designed for outdoor use only.
- You can use your Ooni oven on a balcony as long as there is at least 1 meter of clearance on all sides and 3 meters of clearance above.
Care Tips:
- Let the oven cool fully before touching or cleaning.
- Brush off any excess flour, crumbs, or food debris from the pizza stone.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal brushes, which can damage the finish.
- Do not use soap or water directly on the stone, as it is porous and will absorb it.
- Instead, scrape off food residue with a pizza brush or scraper.
- If heavily soiled, you can run the oven hot (pyrolytic cleaning) to carbonize residue, then brush off the ash.
- The oven is designed with pyrolytic cleaning, meaning you can run it at a very high temperature to burn off food residue, grease, and spills.
- After the cleaning cycle, let it cool completely, then simply wipe away the fine ash with a damp cloth.
- Check and wipe down the burner ports occasionally to ensure clean flames.
- Store the oven with a cover or in a dry place when not in use to protect it from weather.
- Store it indoors when possible.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
