OXO Good Grips Meat Tenderiser

Simplify the preparation of your favourite cuts of meat with the OXO Meat Tenderiser. This two-sided mallet allows you to effortlessly pound chicken flat for quicker cooking or tenderise flank steak for a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The pyramid-shaped teeth break down tougher fibres, preparing proteins for marinating and tenderising. While the smooth side flattens meats to a uniform thickness, ensuring even cooking.

• The angle and weight of the head are designed to maximise force without tiring you out.
• The soft handle fits comfortably in hand, while the non-slip grip provides traction even when wet.
• Dishwasher-safe for easy sanitising.
