Patisse Ceramic Deep Quiche Pan with Loose Bottom

Elevate your baking game with the Patisse Ceramic Deep Quiche Pan. Craft deep quiches, savory flans, and sweet tarts with precision, even under high temperatures and during extended baking times. This pan is your secret to outstanding culinary creations.

• Made of high-quality 0.5mm-thick steel for durability and even heat distribution.
• Features a double non-stick ceramic coating that effortlessly releases your baked goods.
• Resistant to scratches, abrasion, corrosion, and stains.
• The loose bottom provides hassle-free removal of your delicacies.

Use Directions:

• For best results, brush a very thin layer of prior melted butter or oil on the interior of the pan before each use. Non-stick baking sprays can also be used.
• Use only wood, plastic, nylon, and silicone-based tools to release the cake.
• The use of knives or sharp objects should be avoided, as they will damage the surface of the pan.
• Do not cut directly on the base of the pan as it will produce cuts on the non-stick base.
• Maximum oven temperature 250°C.

Care Tips:

• Before every use, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
• Clean bakeware with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or dishcloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleansers as they damage the non-stick coating.
• It is not recommended to put this product in the dishwasher.
