Patisse Silver Top Pizza Crisper

Patisse Silver Top Pizza Crisper makes your homemade pizza wonderfully crispy since the holes in the bottom allow air to circulate, which causes the moisture to evaporate. The steel distributes the heat evenly, which gives your pizza a nice golden-brown surface.

• High-quality thick steel.
• Non-stick coating.
• Scratch, abrasion, corrosion, and stain resistant.

• For best results, brush a very thin layer of prior melted butter or oil on the interior of the pan prior to each use. Non-stick baking sprays can also be used.
• Use only wood, plastic, nylon, silicone-based tools to release cake.
• The use of knives or sharp objects should be avoided, as they will damage the surface of the pan.
• Do not cut directly on the base of the pan as it will produce cuts on the non-stick base.

• Before every use, wash pan in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
