Peugeot Boreal Celestial Blue Pepper Mill, 21cm

Made in France, this Peugeot pepper mill has been created to strike the perfect balance between functionality and style with its minimalist design, and its wooden body combined with a subtle colour. Crafted from sustainably sourced wood, this mill lets you adjust the coarseness of the grind to your liking with a turn of the knob on top of the mill.

• Adjustable knob marked with the letter "P" adorns the top of the mill.
• Gear mechanism made from case-hardened steel treated to keep the teeth razor sharp and protect from corrosion and rust.
• Has a two-stage grinding mechanism that first cracks and then grinds the peppercorns to release maximum flavour.
• Grind adjustment button: the tighter it is screwed, the finer the grind, and vice versa.
• Mechanism carries a lifetime warranty.

Use Directions:

• Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
• To get the best results, we recommend you use only dry, hard, whole peppercorns that are 6mm or less in diameter.
• You can grind black, white, and green peppercorns and coriander. The pink berries can be ground only if blended with one of the other peppercorns (max 15% pink).

Care Tips:

• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your Peugeot mill.
• Never use any cleaning agent or detergent.
• Do not expose the mill to humidity.
