Peugeot Zirlion Daman u'Select Salt Mill, 16cm

Made in France, the Peugeot Daman Salt Mill features the patented u'Select grind adjustment system and the innovative Zirlion mechanism. With a durable Zirconia grinder, it creates a unique "powdered salt" texture, which is ultra-fine salt that dissolves and distributes evenly across your dishes, delivering more flavor with less salt and fewer twists of the mill. The u'Select system also allows you to grind coarser textures, catering to different dishes and personal preferences.

• The Zirlion mechanism is crafted from zirconia, an advanced ceramic material known for its exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to wear and corrosion.
• With a simple turn of the base, you can choose from six pre-defined grind settings, ranging from ultra-fine to coarse.
• The acrylic reservoir and the stainless steel base highlight the slender curves in full transparency.
• The mill is fitted with a magnetic cover for easier filling.
• Mechanism backed by a lifetime warranty.

Use Directions:

• Turn the head of the mill clockwise only. Turning left and right will only cause spices to go back up inside the mill instead of driving them down into the mechanism.
• You can grind sea salt, rock salt, and blended salt mixes, as long as the crystal size does not exceed 6mm.
• Do not use wet sea salt, even dried.

Care Tips:

• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean your Peugeot mill.
• Never use any cleaning agent or detergent.
• Do not expose the mill to humidity.
