Care Tips:

• Empty and rinse the 58 mm portafilter and filter basket after each use.
• Run a rinse cycle through the group head after espresso preparation to remove residual coffee.
• Clean and purge the steam wand after every milk preparation.
• Clean the steam wand tip using the supplied steam wand cleaning tool and cleaning powder when required.
• Empty and clean the drip tray and Knock Box regularly.
• Clean the grinder outlet and burr area using the supplied grind outlet brush and follow the manufacturer's grinder-cleaning procedure.
• Keep the bean hopper dry and free from moisture.
• Replace the water filter according to the recommended maintenance schedule.
• Run the machine's cleaning cycle when prompted and use the supplied cleaning tablets and cleaning disc.
• Descale the machine when prompted or according to local water hardness using the supplied descaling powder.
• Clean the shower screen and portafilter area regularly to maintain consistent extraction.
• Wipe the exterior and touchscreen using a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Empty and refill the water tank with fresh water as required.
• Follow Sage's maintenance prompts to keep the dual-boiler, grinding, extraction and milk systems operating correctly.

Warranty Details:

• Limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• This warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
