  • Use & Care

    Use Directions:

    • Do not add water to the appliance when it is switched on or still hot.
    • Before filling or refilling, switch the automatic coffee machine off and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
    • Never swing out the filter or open the lid during brewing.
    • The jug cannot be removed during the brewing process as the filter holder can overflow.
    • The glass jug is not suitable for use in the microwave.

    How To Use:
    • Before the first use and after the device has not been operated for an extended period, run a brew cycle with fresh water without coffee grounds.
    • Fill the water tank with only cold water.
    • Open the swing filter by pressing the release button on the water tank.
    • Place the paper filter of the 1 x 4 size into the filter, but fold the stamped edge before doing so.
    • Add the required amount of ground coffee. Depending on your taste, use approximately 5-7g of medium-fine ground coffee per cup. If it is ground too finely, the filter can overflow.
    • Briefly press the Start/Stop symbol if the coffee is to be prepared immediately. Wait a few minutes until all of the coffee has run into the jug. After removing the jug, a drip-stop prevents coffee from dripping.
    • The device’s timer function starts the brewing process automatically at the desired time. The switch-on time can be programmed up to 24 hours in advance.

    Care Tips:
    • Pull out the main plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
    • Do not immerse the appliance in water. Outer surfaces can be cleaned using a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
    • Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
    • The filter and glass jug can be cleaned under running water.
    • Depending on the level of coffee consumption and water hardness, after 4 to 6 weeks the descaling symbol lights up during the brewing process, prompting you to descale the appliance.
    • Descale your appliance regularly using a high-quality and suitable commercial descaling agent.
    • You must not use any agents for descaling that are unsuitable for the respective appliance (such as pure vinegar or citric acid-based products).

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

    The warranty does not cover damage due to the following:

    • Glass breakage.
    • Non-compliance with the operating instructions.
    • Improperly performed repairs.
    • Installation of spare parts that do not correspond with the original design.
