ZWILLING Pro Self Sharpening Knife Block, Set of 7

The ZWILLING SharpBlock equipped with KIS technology effortlessly maintains the sharpness of your ZWILLING Pro series knives by automatically sharpening them each time they are removed from the block, requiring no extra effort from you. Its ingenious design incorporates ceramic sharpening stones in the slots for smooth-edged knives, positioned at the perfect angle to gently hone the blades for optimal sharpness and durability. Pictograms indicate the correct slot for each knife type to prevent errors. Crafted from ash wood in an elegant brown finish, this block is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional, making it a stylish and practical addition to any kitchen.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knives as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knives on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though knives are dishwasher-safe, washing them by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knives in water.
• After use, immediately place the knives under running water and clean them with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry them immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
