ZWILLING TWIN Pollux Santoku Knife, 18cm

Asian classic for cooking, this Santoku knife is perfect for cutting fish, meat, poultry and vegetables. The 18cm blade shape typical for Japan is also suitable for Western cutting techniques. This corrosion-resistant chef's knife impresses with its razor-edge honing, which enables precise cutting.

Use Directions:

• Do not use the knife as a screwdriver or a can opener as that can permanently damage the cutting edge.
• For enhanced durability, sharpen the knife on an occasional basis.

Care Tips:

• Though the knife is dishwasher-safe, washing it by hand is recommended.
• Do not soak the knife in water.
• After use, immediately place the knife under running water and clean it with a soft cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid. Dry it immediately from the back towards the cutting edge.
• Scrub the blade with a non-abrasive cleaner to get rid of stains.
