Benriner was founded in the 1940s in Iwakuni, Japan, by Uyuki Yamamoto. The company specializes in mandoline slicers used to cut vegetables quickly and evenly. Professional kitchens often require precise slicing for salads, garnishes, and vegetable preparation. Benriner mandolines use sharp Japanese stainless steel blades that allow users to slice ingredients with accuracy. The tools include adjustable settings and interchangeable blades so cooks can prepare vegetables in different thicknesses and shapes.
