• Choose from 51 coffee specialties across Hot, Light, Cold, and Sweet, including espresso, coffee, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, Cold Brew and Light Brew variations, mocaccino, and chocolate foam.
• The P.R.G.2+ Product Recognising Grinder automatically adjusts the grind consistency and quantity to suit the aroma profile of the selected specialty, while Aroma Selection provides additional control over the flavor profile.
• Cold Extraction prepares refreshing Cold Brew specialties using cold water and high-pressure pulsing, while Light Extraction creates lighter, ready-to-drink coffees at around 60°C. The machine includes a syrup attachment for the Sweet Foam function, allowing you to add your favorite syrup and have it mixed directly into the milk foam during preparation, as well as a chocolate attachment that can be filled with your preferred chocolate to prepare mocaccino and chocolate foam.

Care Tips:

• Use the machine’s automatic rinsing, cleaning, and descaling programs regularly as prompted.
• Perform automatic One-Touch milk system cleaning after preparing milk-based beverages.
• Use only approved JURA cleaning tablets and milk system cleaners to maintain hygiene and machine performance.
• Replace the CLARIS Smart+ filter cartridge when prompted to prevent limescale buildup and maintain water quality.
• Empty and rinse the drip tray and coffee grounds container regularly.
• Clean the exterior using a soft, damp microfiber cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Keep the bean container dry and refill only with fresh coffee beans for optimal grinding performance.
• Follow the machine guidance through the Quality Assistant for maintenance reminders and cleaning support.

Warranty Details:

• Limited 12-month warranty for electrical products free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• To avail of the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers only internal parts of the machine (brewing unit, water pump, floater, heater, screen in case of fault and not broken, and electrical control unit).

The following is not covered under the warranty:

• Periodic maintenance (cleaning & descaling) and repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Any modification or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in the instruction manual.
• The fading, discoloring or any just optical changes of panels and accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements, dishwashers, abrasive cloths, etc.
• Damage resulting from: a. Misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with JURA’s instructions on proper use. b. Failure to use the Claris filter in accordance with JURA’s instructions. c. Use of descaling or cleaning tablets apart from JURA-branded products. d. The presence of insects or vermin. e. Foreign agents. f. The use of products that are not designed for these machines. g. Repairs performed by non-authorized service centers or the customer himself. h. Negligence, accidental or otherwise. i. Accidents, lighting, water, fire, improper ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of Tavola.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
• Product was damaged when received (broken item).
• Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
• Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
• If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.

Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
