Pre-Freeze Convenience
The freezer bowl should be frozen overnight before use or stored in your freezer so the machine is always ready when you want to prepare desserts.

Fresh Fruit Paddle
This paddle crushes and freezes ripe fruit into naturally sweet frozen treats, allowing you to make 100% fruit-based desserts with minimal effort.

Add Mix-Ins While Churning
The large ingredient spout lets you add nuts, chocolate chips, fruit pieces, or sauces during churning to create texture and ripple effects.

Materials & Finish
BPA-free food-contact parts are designed for everyday use, while the brushed stainless-steel housing with embossed logo adds a clean, professional look.

Easy Cleanup
The removable freezer bowl, paddles, and lid make serving and cleaning simple after each use.

Use Directions:

• The freezer bowl must be completely frozen before you begin your recipe. Before freezing, wash and dry the bowl completely. The length of time needed to reach the frozen state depends on how cold your freezer is. It is recommended that you place the freezer bowl in the back of your freezer where it is coldest. Be sure to place the freezer bowl on a flat surface in its upright position for even freezing. Generally, freezing time is between 16 and 24 hours. Shake the bowl to determine whether it is completely frozen. If you do not hear the liquid within the bowl moving, the cooling liquid is therefore frozen. For the most convenient frozen desserts and drinks, leave your freezer bowl in the freezer at all times. Use the bowl immediately after removing from the freezer. It will begin to quickly defrost once it has been removed from the freezer.
• Prepare recipe ingredients from pages that follow or from your own recipe. If you use your own recipe, be sure it yields less than 1.4L.
• Remove the freezer bowl from the freezer. Place the freezer bowl in the center of the base. NOTE: Bowl will begin to defrost quickly once it has been removed from the freezer. Use it immediately after removing it from the freezer.
• For frozen fresh fruit desserts, the fruits that work best and require only minimal preparation include softer items like bananas, mangos, strawberries, kiwis, apricots, and peaches. Firm items like apples, pears, or unripe peaches should first be cooked until soft to achieve the smoothest, frozen results.
• After serving, transfer leftover ice cream or sorbet into an airtight container if you want to store it long-term. Don’t leave desserts in the freezer bowl for more than ~30 minutes; it can bind to the sides.

Care Tips:

• Unplug first: Always unplug the machine before cleaning.
• Remove parts: Take off the lid, freezer bowl, paddle(s), paddle holder, locking bar, and any ingredient guide.
• Freezer bowl: Wash in warm, soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher. Don’t use abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbers (they can damage the bowl’s surface and cooling gel).
• The paddles, paddle holder, locking bar, lid, and ingredient guide can go on the top rack of a dishwasher or be washed by hand in warm, soapy water.
• Motor base: Wipe the housing base (motor unit) with a damp cloth only; do not immerse in water.
• Dry thoroughly: Before reassembling or storing, make sure all parts are completely dry to prevent mold and odors.
• Dry storage: Do not put the lid, paddles, or base in the freezer. Only store the freezer bowl in your freezer if it’s dry.
