Global Classic Fluted Vegetable Knife, 14cm

Made in Japan, this knife excels in slicing a variety of vegetables including lettuce, onions, cabbage, and cucumbers. Featuring a fluted edge, it prevents vegetable pieces from clinging to the blade, thanks to air pockets formed during cutting, ensuring a smooth slicing experience.

Use Directions:

• Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.

Care Tips:

• Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
