    Care Tips:
    • Only use original JURA cleaning tablets to clean and protect your JURA coffee machine.
    • No need to remove the brewing unit or fuss with internal mechanisms as all Jura machines are fully self-cleaning.

  • Shipping & Returns

    Return Policy:

    We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

    This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:

    • Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
    • Product was damaged when received (broken item).
    • Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
    • Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).

    Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
    • If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.


    Refund Policy:

    For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

  • Tavola Promise

    Warranty Details:

    • Limited 12-month warranty for electrical products free from defects in materials and workmanship.
    • To avail the warranty, kindly keep the receipt as a proof of purchase.
    • Warranty covers only internal parts of the machine (brewing unit, water pump, floater, heater, screen in case of fault and not broken, electrical control unit).

    The following is not covered under the warranty:
    • Periodic maintenance (cleaning & descaling) and repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
    • Any modification or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in the instruction Manual.
    • The fading, discoloring or any just optical changes of panels and accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements, dishwasher, abrasive cloths etc.
    • Damage resulting from:
    a. Misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with JURA’s instructions on proper use and maintenance.
    b. Failure to use the Claris filter in accordance with JURA’s instructions.
    c. Use of descaling or cleaning tablets other than JURA branded products.
    d. The presence of insects or vermin.
    e. Foreign agents.
    f. The use of product that are not designed for these machines.
    g. Repairs performed by non-authorized service centers or the customer him-self.
    h. Negligence, accidental or otherwise.
    i. Accidents, lighting, water, fire, improper ventilation or any cause beyond the control of Tavola.
