Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Never wrap the cord around the outside of the Toaster. Use the cord storage cleats on the underside of the Toaster.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not place any part of the Toaster in water or other liquids.
Care Tips:
- While cleaning the Toaster, always unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners. Simply wipe the Toaster’s exterior with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Never apply cleaning agents directly onto the Toaster. Pour some on a cloth and clean the Toaster with it.
- To remove crumbs, slide out the crumb tray and discard the crumbs. Wipe clean and replace. Never operate the toaster without the crumb tray in place.
- To remove any pieces of bread remaining in the Toaster, turn the Toaster upside down and gently shake it. Never insert any hard or sharp instruments into the slots, as this could damage the Toaster and cause a safety hazard.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
