Use & Care
Use Directions:
- Use caution when handling hot water.
- Do not put the cup on a heating element.
- Let boiling water cool down a bit before pouring it into the cup.
- Stop using this product if any of the parts are damaged.
Care Tips:
- The lid and infuser are dishwasher-safe.
- The cup should be hand-washed.
- Use only sponge, plastic, or nylon wash pads with mild dish detergent when washing by hand.
- Do not use abrasive pads, brushes, cleaners, or any metal products on or inside of all parts.
- Use baking soda dissolved in warm water to clean as needed.
- Dry all parts before storing.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
