The cutlery case is made with organic materials and a lower percentage of plastic. The main material is a combination of wood fiber and polypropylene - one of the most widely used plastics, which is 100% recyclable and perfect for contact with food.
The wood fiber comes from the waste generated by logging activities in the manufacture of consumer goods. The wood waste is shredded, filtered, and sterilized, then blended with propylene to create this new material.

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:
