    The Miyabi 5000MCD-B Gyutoh is a sturdy knife with a broad strong blade and a fine cutting edge. The all-rounder for professionals and hobby chefs. This versatile Knife can be used to chop meats and vegetables also mince and chop herbs. This Knife combines functionality with good looks in a supreme harmonious way. The blade has a core of extremely hard MicroCarbide MC63 powder steel embedded in 100 layers of steel that is hardened using a specially developed process called CRYODUR (ice-hardening at -196°C). The traditional D-shaped handle is made of Masur Birch for perfect balance, optimum control and tireless cutting.
