Technical Features:
- Commercial grade cold-rolled carbon steel shell with high-temperature resistant, powder-coated finish.
- 10mm cordierite stone baking board.
- Built-in Flame Safety Device (FSD) will automatically cut off the gas supply to Ooni Koda 12 if the flame is extinguished while the gas supply is on.
- Ooni Koda 12 is compatible with large propane tanks (normally used with barbecues), 1lb propane tanks, and a suitable adaptor.
- Maximum power: 4kWh (13648 BTU).
- Not compatible with natural gas.

Use & Care
Care Tips:
- To clean the outside: Let the oven cool down completely and use a dry paper towel to remove soot. For tougher stains, clean with soapy water and dry immediately.
- To clean the baking stone: Let the oven cool down completely. Scrape off stubborn bits of food with the Ooni Pizza Oven Brush. Flip your stone over and reinsert it for the next cook. The heat from the oven will be enough to burn off any remaining residue.
- Don't clean your stone with water as it will damage it.

Return Policy:

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in all countries except in Kuwait within 14 days.

This product is eligible for return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Product is defective (malfunctioning or does not work properly at first run).
- Product was damaged when received (broken item).
- Missing support items (missing parts or manuals).
- Wrong product (you received a different product from what you have ordered).
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with the original undamaged packaging.
- If the product has been used or the product’s original box was damaged, we will decline the return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other parts and accessories must be returned too.
Refund Policy:

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per our return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) within 24 hours to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.
